Hi, I’m Jenna
Jenna Guidry is a New Orleans–based singer‑songwriter crafting sultry bayou‑blues country shaped by the wetlands she was raised in and the city that sharpened her voice. She began writing in Nashville at age ten, later developing her storytelling under the mentorship of Paul Sanchez, one of New Orleans’ most beloved musical figures.
A graduate of NOCCA’s jazz piano program and Loyola University’s Popular & Commercial Music track, Jenna blends formal training with the raw, lived‑in grit of South Louisiana. She launched the retro‑blues project Jenna Guidry and the Levee, a band that amplified her roots influences and introduced her as a powerhouse vocalist with a swamp‑soaked edge.
Today, Jenna’s solo work merges the rugged narrative style of Colter Wall, the emotional bite of Lucinda Williams, and the shadowy mystique of classic rock. Her songs feel like dusk settling over the bayou, steeped in Southern storytelling.
